Alisa Transue

Administrative & Operations Manager

Alisa joined the SVP Team in 2018 and was quickly promoted to Administrative and Operations Manager. She brings over 17 years of administrative, event planning, operations, and technology management experience. She is thrilled about being a part of the SVP Team, working alongside inspirational changemakers every day. She loves the variety in her work and has been responsible for implementing organizational policies and procedures, onboarding new employees, and supporting the Board of Directors, Fast Pitch, and 2Gen Programs.

Born and raised in Tucson, Alisa has a passion for the community she grew up in. As a child, she was involved in 2 local non-profits: Children to Children (now Tu Nidito) and the Tucson Girls Chorus.  Alisa attended Pima Community College, obtaining a Paralegal Certificate. Most recently, Alisa obtained her Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence, and is PACE certified.

As a mental health awareness and suicide prevention advocate, Alisa is dedicated to promoting equitable access to quality mental health care for all populations regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, or geographical location. As the staff lead of SVP Tucson’s Equity Committee, Alisa found a space for reflection, exploration, and personal and professional growth. 

Outside of work, Alisa enjoys traveling, photography, playing card and board games, birding, music, and most importantly, spending time with her family, her husband, Rick, and their fur baby, Izzy.
