Paloma Santiago


Paloma has built strong connections between individuals, corporations, and communities. Her professional experience in the media, nonprofit, and business sectors, includes overseeing marketing, public relations, special events, strategic planning, relationship building, and fundraising.

She currently is the District Director of Southern Arizona for Junior Achievement, serves on the board of Social Venture Partners, and collaborates with other non-profits to share her expertise and passion.

Paloma received the 2018 award as a Women of Impact through Impact of Southern Arizona and was a finalist as a Woman of Influence. In 2016, she competed in Social Venture Partners’, “Fast Pitch”, winning the Grand Prize and People’s Choice awards along with cash prizes for the Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona. Honored with the Community Champion Award through the National Association of Women Business Owners, she also became a 40 under 40 recipient through the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

During her downtime, Paloma spends her free time traveling around the world and enjoys hiking, painting, cooking, and yoga.
