Sarah Spiekermeier has over fifteen years of experience in healthcare leadership with an emphasis on health plan operations, program implementation, and Medicaid and Medicare regulations. As Executive Director of Banner Plans & Networks Medicaid Plans, she provides operational executive leadership and oversight for their Medicaid plans with over 300,000 members within Central and Southern Arizona. Before her Executive Director role, Sarah held several positions within Banner such as Call Center Supervisor, Program Implementation Manager, Medicaid Contract Compliance Officer, Sr. Director of Administrative Operations, and Chief Operating Officer.

Sarah graduated with her MBA with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Ashford University-Forbes School of Business and is a Certified Public Manager from Arizona State University- College of Public Programs.

Sarah is a Board Member of the Sickle Cell Foundation of Arizona and American Heart Association of Southern Arizona.
